Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take within Sri Lanka?+
Delivery timeframes depend on your location. Once your order is dispatched, our local courier partners usually deliver within 3 to 7 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+
We process items quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately to check execution status.
I entered the wrong delivery address or phone number. Can I change it?+
If your package has not been handed to our courier partner, we will gladly update your details.
Returns & Size Exchanges
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?+
7 days for general change-of-mind or size swaps, and 48 hours for damaged or wrong items.
Can I get a cash or card refund if I change my mind?+
No. Change-of-mind instances receive IYYA Store Credit valid for 6 months. Cash/card refunds apply only if a damaged item arrives and is completely out of stock.
Can I bring my return to your warehouse or office in person?+
No, we do not accept in-person drop-offs. Everything must run through authorized courier channels.
How does IYYA Store Credit work?+
It is issued as a digital code valid for 6 months, strictly covering item values excluding shipping fees.
Panty & Sizing Rules
What is the Multipack Panty Fit Guarantee?+
You can open the pack, wear one pair to test the fit at no cost to you, and exchange the rest of the pack for a different size within 7 days. IYYA bears the cost of the worn test pair (limit 1 exchange per style/customer).
Can I exchange a single pair of panties for a different size?+
No, for hygiene reasons single panties are exchange-only for damage or wrong items reported within 48 hours.
Payments & Security
Is it safe to use my card on your website?+
Yes. Online payments run securely via PayHere (Central Bank of Sri Lanka approved gateway). IYYA never stores financial credentials.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
Yes, we support Cash on Delivery across all locations in Sri Lanka.
