Delivery Timeframes
- — Colombo and Suburbs: 3 to 5 business days.
- — Outstation Areas: 3 to 7 business days.
- — Delivery times start from the day your order is confirmed. Our local courier partners deliver from Monday to Saturday.
Shipping Rates
- — Flat-rate shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
- — Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly before you finalize your payment or confirm your Cash on Delivery order.
Order Updates & Delivery
- — As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you an email or text message to let you know it has been dispatched.
- — Our courier partner will call you on the phone number provided right before they arrive at your door to ensure you are available to receive the package.
Delivery Rules
- — Courier Handover: To ensure safety, our courier partners can only hand over packages after receiving payment (for Cash on Delivery orders).
- — Incorrect Information: Please double-check your phone number and delivery address at checkout. We cannot change the delivery route once a package has been dispatched from our facility.
